About Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups whose members share a common identity (race, gender, etc.) or experience (parents, veterans, etc.). By fostering these safe spaces of open communication, Flex Technology Group aims to build a supportive, welcoming workplace environment that embraces diversity.
ERGs provide a platform for employees to:
Build strong relationships with one another and improve their sense of belonging
Share resources, ideas, and inspiration
Develop new perspectives
Grow both personally and professionally

Black Talent Group ERG
Open to anyone who shares Black values, vision, culture, and mission, the Black Talent Group sees the strength and uniqueness that we can each contribute to our workplace culture and strives to ensure a more highly-qualified and diverse Flex Technology Group. By valuing and celebrating our diversity, we empower ourselves and one another to contribute to and benefit from our organization’s success.
Our Goals:
- Focus on increasing Black recruitment, retention, and engagement
- Foster and encourage diverse ideas and beliefs through awareness, education, and resources
- Establish an inclusive work environment that respects and embraces diversity
EmpowHER ERG
The EmpowHER women’s ERG creates a safe space that allows women to speak openly about issues they face, connect with other women, and foster personal and professional growth. We continually advocate for women’s advancement, both within Flex Technology Group and in our respective communities, and encourage all voices to participate.
Latinx ERG
The Latinx ERG seeks to develop a strong support network of Hispanic/Latinx employees within FTG that promotes cultural diversity, respect, and awareness. We contribute to an inclusive environment that recognizes the achievements of our members, and we strive to assist FTG in attracting and retaining the best candidates. This group is open to anyone who shares Hispanic/Latinx values, vision, culture, and mission.
Our Goals:
- Celebrate Latinx/Hispanic achievements, both in and out of work
- Educate people on Latinx culture and how each is unique
- Promote a respectful, safe, and caring community
- Establish resources and communal goals to elevate one another in the workplace
Minds of All Kinds ERG
A safe space for the neurodivergent community and mental wellness. Our mission is to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where Minds of All Kinds (M.A.K) feel valued, empowered, and celebrated for their unique strengths and contributions. We aim to raise awareness, promote acceptance, and advocate for the needs of all employees within our organization. Through education, collaboration, and community-building initiatives, we strive to create a workplace culture that embraces minds of all kinds, harnesses the diverse talents of all individuals, and drives innovation and success for our company.
Parents ERG
All parents—from new parents to empty nesters and everything in between—have a story to tell. Open to all who share in the role of parenting, the Parents ERG promotes a safe place to share struggles, celebrations, and support for one another as we navigate the balance between professional and parental responsibilities.
Pride ERG
The Pride ERG strives to create an inclusive workplace culture for employees who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA+) and the allies that support them. This safe, confidential space allows members to communicate, learn, and support the community.
Veterans ERG
Open to all Veterans and employees with family members who serve or have served, the Veterans ERG’s mission is to create an inclusive and supportive environment that attracts, retains, and empowers veterans within the organization. This community is dedicated to recognizing and respecting the unique skills, experiences, and perspectives that veterans bring to the workplace. Through camaraderie, advocacy, and education, the Veterans ERG aims to cultivate a workplace where veterans thrive and contribute their utmost. Specifically focusing on providing unwavering support for Reservists and National Guard members, ensuring they can fulfill their obligations seamlessly. Additionally, the Veterans ERG strives to enlighten all employees about the value of a veteran, promoting a workplace culture that values diversity, integrity, and excellence.
