We are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are taking steps to help keep our communities safe. Below are links to the major manufacturers we support, and their cleaning recommendations for COVID19.

To properly clean surfaces, the Centers for Disease Control (the “CDC”) recommends cleaning devices, followed by disinfecting as a best practice for the prevention of Coronavirus and other viral respiratory illnesses. Customer may experience some visible changes to cosmetic finishes over time as a result of cleaning and disinfecting. Flex Technology Group (FlexPrint LLC) and FlexPrint are not liable for your improper handling, cleaning, or use of the device. Customer should enact a device cleaning policy to clean the devices throughout the day. Customer should encourage device users to practice good personal hygiene, including frequent hand washing or using alcohol-based hand sanitizers. Other best practices include using a stylus for the touch screen.
